Casey Jobe
Managing Partner, CEO
Mr. Jobe has 16 years of oil and gas experience and is a Managing Partner of United Capital Partners and United Production Company. He previously worked at American Energy Partners during its $16B capital raise in two years. Over the past decade as an entrepreneur, he has founded and grown oil and gas businesses generating over $100MM in industry revenue through both debt and equity. His background spans financial markets, large-scale capital programs, engineering, geology, and petrophysics. A U.S. Army veteran, he retired from the Army Reserves in 2022 as an Engineering Officer (Major).

Cale Gee
Managing Partner, CSO
Cale Gee is Partner & Managing Member of United Capital Partners and United Production Company. With 19+ years in oil and gas, he leads operated assets and supports evaluation of non-operated holdings. Previously, he was Managing Partner of White Oak Energy, assembling leasehold and mineral positions in Oklahoma's STACK, SCOOP, and Merge plays. Earlier, he spent 11 years at Reagan Smith Energy Solutions as Senior Environmental Scientist/Project Manager, guiding E&P companies through federal regulations. A U.S. Army Military Police Officer since 2001, he is a Lieutenant Colonel, Iraq and OEF veteran, retiring from the Army Reserve in December 2025.

Casey Massegee

Mr. Massegee is a seasoned investor and fund sponsor focused on building tax-advantaged, long-term wealth for partners and clients. Over the past 20+ years, he has participated in more than $500 million of principal and advisory transactions across the commercial real estate industry, with a consistent emphasis on disciplined underwriting, capital preservation, and risk-adjusted returns. That same underwriting discipline and focus on tax efficiency ultimately expanded his work into domestic energy investments. He is the Founder of Mass Energy and REEM Capital, where he has structured non-operated oil and gas investment vehicles alongside top-tier operators, targeting near-term, tax-advantaged cash flow and durable long-term upside.

Keystone Hughes
Partner, COO
Mr. Hughes is a seasoned petroleum engineer with over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. As Director of Engineering at United Production Company, he leads asset evaluation and strategic development planning, maximizing value through disciplined capital allocation and data-driven decision-making. Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Richland Resources Corporation, Keystone managed assets in the Anadarko Basin and Permian Basin, driving significant production growth and cost savings through disciplined acquisitions and portfolio optimization. His experience at Chesapeake Energy includes managing large-scale infrastructure projects, directing multi-stage horizontal completions, and optimizing production operations across the Eagle Ford Shale, Marcellus Shale, and Anadarko Basin.

Victoria Gin
Partner, CAO
Victoria is an accomplished oil and gas accounting and finance professional with extensive experience supporting both operated and non-operated assets. She brings deep expertise in Joint Interest Billing (JIB), revenue accounting, and full-cycle bookkeeping across multiple energy companies. In her current leadership role, she oversees multi-entity accounting operations, prepares institutional-quality financial statements, supports lender reporting requirements, and delivers detailed well-by-well performance analysis to stakeholders.
